Expressive Arts Therapy is an arts-based approach to psychotherapy that engages and supports the participant through a process of creative expression to help them reconnect with their inner resources.
I offer sessions that integrate the use of visual arts, creative writing, drama, music, voice and movement, as well as more traditional forms of talk and somatically informed therapies, as catalysts for personal inquiry, discovery and growth.
There is no previous experience with the arts needed. All are invited.
